Reminds before the due date, then follows up late invoices on a fixed schedule. Over your limit, it waits for your OK.
when
Daily at 9:00 your time, and two minutes after a payment or a new invoice syncs.
does
1Selects open invoices with an amount due, their due date and their customer.
2Picks today’s step: a heads-up 3 days before, a note on the day, then reminders 3, 7, 14 and 21 days late.
3The model writes the words; code sets every fact and checks the draft before it goes.
your OK
Anything over your limit (with no limit set, every reminder), the final reminder, or a backlog.
never
Say a payment arrived, waive or extend anything, or send from stale data.
uses

Supplier bills
Puts forwarded PDF bills in your Google Sheet, leaves out copies and warns you when one is due within 3 days.
when
Each time you forward it a bill, and every day at 8:00 for the reminders.
does
1Reads the PDF: supplier, number, amount and due date.
2Adds it as a row in your Google Sheet; a copy with the same supplier and number is left out.
3Emails you once when a bill is due within 3 days, up to 7 days late.
your OK
Nothing goes to anyone but you: it files and warns you.
never
Pay a bill: paying stays with you.

2Flags a fall of 20% or more (you pick 10, 20 or 30) in cash in, sales, appointments or new leads.

2Asks customers to confirm right after booking (if 26 hours or more away) and reminds them the day before, in fixed wording.
3Offers a freed slot to one customer with a later appointment of the same length.

Reception
Answers routine questions with your business’s details and hands you the rest. Forward it your info@.
when
When a customer email reaches the info@ you forward to it.
does
1Reads the latest message from each sender and sorts it: a routine question, one for you, or not a customer.
2Answers routine ones only from your business’s details: hours, prices, services, policies.
3Hands you the rest, with a one-line summary.
your OK
Every answer, until you let routine ones go on their own; anything your details don’t answer comes to you.

Reviews
Asks for a Google review after a visit or a payment, at most once every 180 days per customer.
when
Every hour: 2 hours (or 24, as you choose) after a visit ends or a payment arrives.
does
1Checks the customer hasn’t been asked in the last 180 days.
2Sends one short request with your Google review link, the same words for everyone.
3Keeps to 8:00–20:00 and to every opt-out.
your OK
Nothing by default; switch “send on its own” off and each request waits for your OK.
never
Ask only happy customers, or offer anything for a review.

Lead follow-up
Follows up quotes that got no reply, up to three times, and stops as soon as someone answers.
when
Daily at 9:00, and when a quote goes out, a meeting is booked or a new lead arrives.
does
1Follows up the quotes from HubSpot, Stripe or your leads sheet that got no reply, after the days you set, up to three times.
2The model writes each follow-up and code checks it; it stops as soon as the person replies, books, or the deal moves on.
3Optional: writes once, in fixed words, to new leads from HubSpot or the leads sheet Carragent creates for you.
your OK
The third and last follow-up, anything already due when you switched it on, the first emails to new leads, and leads that arrive all at once.
never
Change the deal, or start on a quote that’s already old.
uses

when
Every day at 10:00, a few customers at a time.
does
1Finds customers whose last visit or purchase was 90 days to a year ago, with nothing booked.
2The model writes a short, friendly check-in, with your booking link if you set one; code checks it offers nothing and names no date.
3At most once every 180 days per inbox; a reply stops it for good.
your OK
Anyone who had already lapsed when you switched it on; with “send on its own” off, every check-in.
never
Write to someone with an appointment ahead, gone over a year, or who opted out.

Prospecting
Finds businesses on the public web that fit what you sell and drafts first messages for you. It never contacts anyone.
when
Every Monday at 8:00, and once when you switch it on.
does
1Plans a few web searches from your description and reads each business’s own site.
2Scores how well each fits, from 0 to 100, and lists those at 40 or more, with the public source of every fact.
3Drafts a first message you can send yourself, if you want.
your OK
Nothing: it emails you when the list is ready; what to send, and to whom, is yours.
never

Inventory
Watches your stock sheet, tells you when something drops below its minimum and drafts the purchase order for your OK.
when
Every day at 8:00, from the stock sheet Carragent creates for you.
does
1Reads each item’s count, minimum and supplier from the stock sheet Carragent creates for you in Google Sheets.
2Tells you once when an item drops below its minimum.
3Drafts one purchase order per supplier, in fixed wording, with the quantities to order.
your OK
Every purchase order, before it goes to the supplier.
never

uses

Back office
Your obligations and deadlines in one place, reminders before each date, a private inbox for your documents and a monthly summary.
when
When a reminder date comes, when you forward a document, and once a month for the summary.
does
1Keeps your obligations (taxes, insurance, licences, rent…) with their date and how often they repeat.
2Reminds you 7, 14, 30 or 60 days before each date, as you choose.
3Keeps the documents you forward private, sorted by type, and sends a monthly summary.
your OK
A date it reads from a document counts only once you confirm it.
never

Security
Checks your domain’s email records every Monday and judges each email you forward: scam, suspicious, or no red flags.
when
Every Monday at 8:00, and each time you forward a suspicious email.
does
1Checks your domain’s email records (SPF, DMARC, MX) and your site’s certificate.
2Checks the email you forward with code first: sender, look-alike domains, links, what it asks for.
3Tells you plainly: scam, suspicious, or no red flags, and why.
your OK
Nothing goes out: it reports to you.
never
Change your domain’s settings: it only tells you what it finds.

you
Example of an afternoon at a dental clinic. The agents log what they do, and three messages wait for the owner’s OK. The first, a final payment reminder written by AI, was checked by code and waits because it is over the owner’s limit; the owner approves it and it goes out.
Your business lives in too many tabs.
Calendar, email, payments, spreadsheets and CRM don’t talk to each other, and it all depends on you.
Carragentconnectsyourtoolsandputsagentstowork.
Everything lands in one tidy place, and that’s where the agents work.
Tabs that don’t talk to each other: an overdue invoice, an unconfirmed appointment, a quote with no reply, a late report, all waiting on you.
The same tabs connect to Carragent, and the customer they all mention becomes one record. Then four agents work on it, one step each: a reminder sent for the invoice, the appointment confirmed, the quote followed up and the weekly report sent.

One record per customer
The same customer lives in three tools under three names. Carragent merges them into one record with one timeline.
Your agents
Agents work from that record, by your rules. Everything they do lands in the customer’s timeline.
You
Anything sensitive waits for you, with the exact message. One tap on your phone and it goes out.
Example: calendar, email, payments and CRM connect to Carragent. Mark Collins, found in three tools, becomes one record with one timeline. The Collections agent prepares a reminder; it waits for your OK, then goes out and lands in the timeline.

Twelve agents. One team.
Four areas, three agents each. Pick one to see what it does: what wakes it, what it reads, what code decides and what waits for you.
Money
Chase what you’re owed, keep up with what you owe, and see your week in numbers.

Stripe
Reminds before the due date, then follows up late invoices on a fixed schedule. Over your limit, it waits for your OK.
Example: an invoice of USD 320,under your USD 500 limitSends 8:00–20:00Not paidWaits for your OKPaid on day 5Payment syncs: it stops−30+3+7+14+21heads-updue datefinal
Under the example’s limit each step goes on its own and the final one waits for your OK; paid on day 5, nothing more goes out. With no limit set (the default), every reminder waits.
Starts
Every day at 9:00 your time, and 2 minutes after Stripe syncs a payment or a new invoice.
Reads
Stripe, read-only: open invoices due within 3 days or up to 60 days late. If Stripe hasn’t synced in 3 hours, it waits.
Code decides
By default: a heads-up 3 days before, a note on the due date, then reminders 3, 7, 14 and 21 days late (you pick 2 to 4).
The model
Writes only the subject and body. Every number must be one of the invoice’s facts; links, threats and discounts are blocked.
Waits for you
The final reminder, anything over your limit (every reminder, until you set one) and reminders due before you switched it on.
Hard limits
Never says a payment arrived, waives or extends a debt, or writes outside 8:00–20:00 or after a STOP.
Supplier bills
Google Sheets
Puts forwarded PDF bills in your Google Sheet, leaves out copies and warns you when one is due within 3 days.

An example sheet. Each bill you forward becomes a row; due within 3 days, or up to 7 days late, it emails you once, unless you marked it Paid.
Starts
30 seconds after you forward a bill to its own address, and every day at 8:00 for the reminders.
Reads
Only the PDFs you forward: up to 3 per email, 5 MB each. Before reminding you, it re-reads your Google Sheet.
Code decides
Checks each field. The same supplier and number twice: the copy stays out. Unsure, or a sender that fails the email check: To check.
The model
Reads the PDF into 9 fields (supplier, number, dates, amount…). It writes to no one: code builds every row and email.
Waits for you
Nothing waits for an OK. A bill marked To check needs your eyes before you pay it.
Hard limits
Never writes to a supplier, pays or marks anything paid, or keeps the PDF: only the fields it read.

An example week. A fall of 20% or more in one of four numbers is flagged (you pick 10, 20 or 30); receivables are shown, never flagged.
Starts
Mondays at 8:00 in your time zone, about the week that just ended. Nothing else wakes it.
Reads
Whatever you connect: Stripe for money, Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 for appointments, HubSpot for leads.
Code decides
Adds money per currency, never converted. Flags a fall of 20% or more in four numbers, once the week before reached 500 (money) or 5.
The model
Writes a short opening: a headline and up to 3 sentences. Any number in it must be in the facts, or it’s left out after 2 tries.
Waits for you
Nothing: it’s an email to you (and your team, if you choose), never to customers.
Hard limits
Never shows a 0 for cash, sales or appointments no tool of yours tracks: it says “Not connected”, or “Not up to date” if a tool stopped syncing.
Customers
Ask customers to confirm, answer the routine questions and ask for a review at the right moment.

Starts
Every hour, and 2 minutes after your calendar syncs a booking or a cancellation.
Reads
Only the calendars you list in Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, without your team’s own meetings. Not synced in 3 hours: it waits.
Code decides
Asks to confirm right after a booking 26 hours or more away (existing ones: 26 to 48 hours ahead), reminds 24 hours before, picks one customer per freed slot.
The model
Writes nothing customers read: fixed wording, checked before it goes. It only sorts their replies.
Waits for you
Every freed-slot offer, and each answer to an “I can’t make it”.
Hard limits
Never moves or deletes anything in your calendar: it tells you, and you move it.
Reception
Nothing to connect
Answers routine questions with your business’s details and hands you the rest. Forward it your info@.

Five example emails forwarded from your info@: an answer drafted from your details waits for your OK; the rest comes to you or is left alone.
Starts
30 seconds after an email reaches the address you forward your info@ to, and every hour.
Reads
Only the mail you forward (never attachments) and the details you give it: services, prices, hours, address, policies.
Code decides
Answers only when your details cover everything asked. A problem or anything unclear goes to you; newsletters and pitches are left alone.
The model
Sorts each message and drafts the answers that wait for you. Every number must be in your details.
Waits for you
Every answer, until you let clear routine ones go on their own, in fixed wording.
Hard limits
Never makes up a price, a date or a promise, or answers one person more than twice a day.

Starts
Every day at 9:00 your time, and 2 minutes after a sync brings in a quote, a booked meeting or a new lead.
Reads
Quotes and deals (HubSpot, Stripe, your leads sheet), new leads, logged emails, meetings and phone calls (never their text), and replies. Not synced in 3 hours: it waits.
Code decides
A quote with no reply gets a follow-up every 3 days (you pick 2, 3, 5 or 7), at most three, and only if it’s recent.
The model

Example obligations, each reminded the days before you choose: 7, 14, 30 or 60. A date read from a document waits until you confirm it.
Starts
When a reminder date comes, each time you forward a document, and once a month for the summary.
Reads
The obligations you enter (taxes, insurance, licences, rent…), with their date and how often they repeat.
Code decides
Reminds you 7, 14, 30 or 60 days before each date, as you choose, and keeps each document private, sorted by type.
The model
Reads a date from a document you forward; that date counts only once you confirm it.
Waits for you
A date read from a document, until you confirm it.
Hard limits
Never submits or pays anything, or writes to anyone but you.
Security

Checks your domain’s email records every Monday and judges each email you forward: scam, suspicious, or no red flags.

An example domain’s Monday check, and the verdict on a forwarded email. It only tells you what it finds and never changes your settings.
Starts
Every Monday at 8:00, and each time you forward a suspicious email.
Reads
Your domain’s public records (SPF, DMARC, MX, and DKIM when it knows the selector) and your site’s certificate.
Code decides
On a forwarded email, first: the sender’s authentication, look-alikes of brands or of your domain, links that don’t go where they say, requests for money or passwords.
The model
Then judges the email’s content, kept apart: scam, suspicious or no red flags, with why. “No flags” only with evidence.
Waits for you
Nothing goes out: it only reports to you.
Hard limits
Never changes your domain’s settings: it only tells you what it finds.
Four of them, up close.
Each one does one repetitive job, by your rules, and asks you when the decision is yours. They write by email; WhatsApp is custom work.
Collections
Get paid without chasing.
It sends polite payment reminders, notices what’s paid and tells you what’s late. Over your limit, it waits for your OK.
Your rules, for example
Up to 4 reminders after the due date; the last one asks you
Never writes before 8:00 or after 20:00

Nothing important goes out without you.
You set the rules. Inside them, agents work alone. Outside them, they draft the message and wait for your OK.
Example: Collections sends reminders on its own up to USD 500; they go out and are logged. A final reminder of USD 1,250 to Mark Collins is over that limit, so it waits for your OK with the exact email. You can pause the agent any time.
Approve, edit or reject in one tap, from your phone.
Every action is logged: who, what and when.

Your data stays yours.
You sign in to each tool on its own page. Agents read your tools and send email in your business’s name.
Example: the access keys for Stripe, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, HubSpot and Microsoft 365 are kept in an encrypted vault. Collections reads Stripe; Scheduling reads your calendars; Lead follow-up reads HubSpot, Stripe, your leads sheet and your calendars; the Weekly report reads Stripe, your calendars, HubSpot and your leads sheet. No agent changes your calendars, CRM or payments: what they send is email, and supplier bills go into a Google Sheet that Carragent creates for you. Every action is logged, and disconnecting Microsoft 365 removes every agent’s access and deletes the synced data.

What exactly is Carragent?
Software that runs AI agents for your business. It connects to your tools, keeps one record per customer and does the follow-up by your rules: overdue invoices, appointments, leads, routine email, supplier bills, stock, reviews, customers who stopped coming and a Monday report. You set it up yourself, and it works the same day.
Can it answer our WhatsApp or read our Gmail?
It never asks to read your Gmail. You forward your info@ address to your Carragent inbox, and the Reception agent answers routine questions from it, by email. Not on WhatsApp today: that is custom work, and it needs your own WhatsApp Business account, approved by Meta. Write to admin@carragent.com and we quote it by email.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You pick your agents, connect your tools in a few clicks and set your rules in a simple dashboard, then approve things from your phone. It works in English, Spanish and French.
Which tools does it work with?
Google Calendar and Google Sheets, Microsoft 365 (your Outlook calendar), Stripe and HubSpot, plus any email you forward to your Carragent inbox. Using something else? A special integration is custom work: write to admin@carragent.com and we quote it by email.
Will an agent send something without my OK?
Only inside the rules you set, like “reminders up to USD 500”. Anything outside them waits in your approvals with the exact message, and you can pause any agent at any time.
How much does it cost?
From USD 149 a month, in USD plus applicable taxes. No setup fee and no contract: every plan starts with 14 days free, and you cancel in one click. The free trial includes up to 1,000 messages. Your own tool subscriptions stay separate.
How do we start, and how long does it take?
Pick a plan and start your 14-day free trial (card required, cancel in one click). In your dashboard you pick your agents, connect your tools and set your rules, and they start work the same day. Not sure which plan fits? The free AI diagnosis recommends one in about 5 minutes.
Is our data safe, and what if we cancel?
Each agent gets only the access it needs, access keys are stored encrypted and every action is logged. Cancel in one click from your dashboard; disconnect your tools and we delete what we synced.
Do AI providers train on our data?
No. We build on business APIs, such as Anthropic’s Claude API, whose terms exclude training on what you send and receive by default. Each agent sees only the data its job needs.
Is the diagnosis written by a person?
No. AI (Claude, by Anthropic) writes it from your answers, and nobody reviews it before you see it. Treat it as an estimate: it points to the agents that fit and the plan to start with.
Start with the diagnosis.
Free, about 5 minutes, no card. You see which agents fit your business and the plan to start with.
