# About Carragent

Carragent is software that runs AI agents for owner-led small businesses. You connect the tools you already use, and the agents do the follow-up by your rules.

## What the agents do

They chase overdue invoices, confirm appointments, follow up leads, answer routine email, log supplier bills, watch stock, ask for reviews, check in with customers who stopped coming and send a Monday report. You set it up yourself in a dashboard, and it works the same day.

## You stay in control

Code decides who gets a message, every fact in it (amounts, dates, names) and when it goes. An AI model only writes the wording, and the draft is checked before it can go out. Anything outside your rules waits in your approvals with the exact message, and you can pause any agent at any time.

## Your data

Each agent gets only the access it needs, access keys are stored encrypted and every action is logged. AI providers do not train on your data: we build on business APIs, such as Anthropic’s Claude API, whose terms exclude training on what you send and receive by default.

## Who is behind it

Carragent is a brand of EX7 Capital Corp., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, which provides the service and bills it through Stripe.

## Where we work

Businesses in Canada, the United States and Latin America, in English, Spanish and French. Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes.
